Business Development Executives
Responsibilities:

To manage, motivate
and develop sales accounts assigned in order to achieve sales target
set by the company

Identify business
opportunity to grow business turnover
|

Formulate sales plan
and strategies effectively
|
|
|
The ability to
conclude business effectively via good telephone etiquette and
interpersonal skills
|
Requirements:

Self-motivated,
result-oriented, persistent and quick to explore alternatives
|
|
|
Mature, possess
strong personality and must be a good team player
|
|
|
Fresh graduates who
thrive on challenges and are driven by a passion to succeed

A self-starter and
able to work within tight deadlines independently with minimal
supervision |
b) Research Assistant
Responsibilities:

|
Develop business
workshops and conferences and source for practitioners/ speakers in
related field or sector
|
|
|
The ability to carry
out in-depth research effectively through the net, phone surveys and
publications |
|
|
Able to work closely
with the sales department for the success of events
|
Requirements:
|
|
Have high interest
in research work |
|
|
Possess strong
analytical and conceptual skills
|
|
|
Strong academic
background with proficiency in English
|
|
|
Able to work within
tight deadlines independently with minimal supervision
